Museums in 2020
Museums in 2020 is a publication presenting and analysing data collected in the subsequent edition of the Museum Statistics project. The survey in which museums reported their activities from 2020 was conducted at the end of the first and beginning of the second quarter of 2021. Despite organisational difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, data were collected from 215 museums which had their statute or rules and regulations approved by the Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and from 33 entities conducting museum activities.
